History

Conan Foods has come a long way since founder Jimmy Christopoulos started using his home garage to store inventory and to deliver food to customers out of his car. When the family business began to expand, Jimmy decided to change the original name of Jason Distribution. Hence, by using the first letters of his sons’ names, Constantinos and Andrew, the name Conan was born, which is a common practice in the industry. Thus Conan Foods was launched in 1989, and has since grown into a leader within the food service industry in Quebec.
